Terms of Service

1. Services
Revlane Solutions builds AI systems: voice agents, chatbots, workflow automation, websites. Scope defined in proposal. No guarantees of specific revenue, but we guarantee system uptime targets in contract.
2. Payment
Projects typically 50% upfront, 50% on launch unless otherwise agreed. Subscriptions billed monthly. Late fees 1.5%/month after 15 days.
3. Intellectual Property
You own final system and content we build for you. We retain right to showcase anonymized work as case study unless NDA signed. Base tooling (our n8n workflows patterns) remains ours, but your instance is yours.
4. No long-term contracts
Monthly services cancel anytime with 7-day notice. No hidden lock-in.
5. Limitations
AI systems are probabilistic, not perfect. We include human fallbacks, but not liable for indirect damages from missed call. Max liability = amount paid last 3 months.
