Our Approach
Built OpenAI-powered chatbot on Voiceflow + Chatwoot. Trained on 120 listings, HOA docs, neighborhood guides. Lead qualification: budget, timeline, pre-approval, bed/bath. If qualified โ instant calendar for tour booking. If not โ nurture sequence. Integrated HubSpot CRM + Slack + Google Calendar. Added AI voice fallback for high-value leads ($500k+).
